The structure, called by many as one of the massive buildings of the seventeenth century, was built under the leadership of Abd al-Aziz Khan. Most people agree that he really wanted to surpass all previous buildings of this type in the region. The total area of the adjacent territories 28 meters by 35meters.

Trying to impress everyone by its external splendor, the architects did not forget about the internal decoration of the madrasah either. For example, when decorating the darshana (classroom) they used various artistic techniques:

• Painting in the style of a Chinese porcelain;

• Numerous architectural landscapes;

• Pavilions, buried in the shade of the trees;

• Multi-layered clouds;

• The abundance of water surface and so on.

The study of the history of the madrasa allowed scientists to fully restore the names of the architects involved in the creation of this monument:

1. Muhammad Salih - the chief engineer of the project;

2. Mawlana Muhammad Amin - responsible for the calligraphy;

3. Mimkhaqan - was responsible for the mosaic.
